DJ, pretty again.

What is it with this girl, she just keeps on taking great pictures. Guess she is just one of them photogenic girls huh? This is December 2002, prior to the Christmas program for school.

My pretty girl

I am so lucky to have such a beautiful daughter, inside and out. Yes, sometimes she is just a pre-teen that I want to lock in her room, but other times, she is still just a little girl. She was 7 years old in this picture. I love it. It is one of my fave pictures of her. This was taken at the zoo, in the train. The kit I used is Sweet Digi Shoppe, Indian Summer. The doodle in the corner is Royanna Fritschmanns (divine digital). I scraplifted GZValVerde at 3s. Christmas tree 2005

This is a picture of the tree, with the presents. I try to get one every year. This year the tree was white and blue lights. I liked it. We went through 2 trees and 5 different set ups. Dont get me started on that!

I debate, should I change the name of the blog? To 4 hot dogs.... cause that is what we have now. Teddy is our newest. He is actually Mason's son. He sorta looks like a teddy bear, hence the name Teddy.

2006 Daddy Daughter Dance

Well I am a bit behind, but hey they are getting done right. These are pics from DJ and Gregs last daddy daughter dance. She is too old (7th grade) to go anymore. She was so beautiful that night. And Greg, well he doesn't dress up much, but when he does he looks very nice.

Ready to go

Here is Greg putting the finishing touches on his Figure 8 car. He didn't decorate it up as much as he usually does. But it still looks great! He did the Tuesday night race and got 1st in his heat. He really kicked butt! After that the transmission went out and then he didn't do so well in the feature. But hey this was the first time he got first in his heat. I was so proud of him, and so were the kids.

Figure 8 make-over

What can be done with an old Cadillac El Dorado. Well take a look at what Greg has done. These are the front view, before and after. Of course, given how detailed Greg always is, I knew it would look great. Of course, it did. I don't usually help too much, I am not so detailed when it comes to stuff like this. I usually help hold this or guide the car, but dont do any of the painting or decorating. This is one of Greg's things. The kids like to help also.
I will do up some pics of what it looked like after the race too. That will not be so pretty.

DJ loves ringtones

DJ loves to talk on the phone. She loves her phone. She loves the ring tones. Sometimes I get so annoyed at the songs on her phone. I wish they would just stop playing. She recently got Bossy and Baby got back. I still love baby got back, but she likes it too, oh well. I personally have Violent Femmes, add it up. Anyway... QP is from Susie Espirit, Modern Retro.

Sassy Girl

This is my neice Destany. We got rained on the night we were going to do the family fire works. The kids still got to do their sparklers though. Although it wasn't very safe, they did them under the tents. Even though it stormed that night, it was still a good time w/ great food (isn't that what family is about?)

Cake Walk

Here is a picture of DJ. She is choosing out a cake. She always pics the store bought ones, which is good. At least we know where they come from. I remember when I was younger, all the moms would make these totally elaborate cakes. There were always so many good ones to choose from. Now all the cakes are from Meijer and Walmart. They still taste good though.
