Another Page

Boy I sure do love showing off my kiddos.... This one is of DJ ( I cut me out of the pic ). She was a flower girl in my brothers wedding back in 1999. She did a good job, but she was scared-scared-scared. I felt so bad for her. She was in a wedding when she was 3, but here she is 5. She figured out there was a lot of people watching. She did a good job walking down the aisle and all. But she was a nervous wreck beforehand.

Hello again. I am having a great weekend. Looking forward to having next week off. Thank goodness for vacation days. The kids have been gone all weekend too. By this morning, I was wanting them back. It is so quiet without them.

I did this one page so far this weekend. I thought I would have gotten more done. Kit I used is Eva K, charmed princess, at divinedigital.

Long Weekend... I need it!

Wow, it seems like forever since I had several days off. I am excited to do nothing. Yeah. We have monday off, and I took the rest of the week off too. I dont know what to do w/ myself. Tyler has games next week and of course DJ has practices and her final volleyball tournament for the season. I hope they do well. She has come a long way and gotten so much better this year.

I did another page tonight. This is Tyler while opening presents Christmas 2000. The kit I used is Shelle Pukas American Made.

Grandpa Bill & Tyler

Well I did this page for a challange on a digi scrap website. I thought it was good enough to post here on the old bloggy blog.

This is my dad holding Tyler when he was 10 days old. I look at the pic and wonder what was my dad thinking at the time. I wish he was here to tell me. He would always say he isn't the brightest man in the world... (but here is a 1/2 hour story about something/nothing/everything). Now that he is gone, I could stand to hear any kind of story. I wish I would have documented things better so my kids could know their grandpa bill. (hmmm.. think I might have to do another page of just the crazy phrases he would say.).

toothless wonder

Here is an another page I did. I am having so much fun doing this digi scrapping. Good thing Greg doesn't know how much I spend... shhhh. With all the graduation parties popping up at this time of year, I was thinking when my kids graduate... they will have something really neat to display. Of course, I remember my graduation... my mom had all the baby pictures out... uh... I hated it and so will my kids. MWHAAA HAAA HAAA.

I got this picture when my mom was sitting there listening to DJ. She didn't know I took it though. (sneaky). I dont recall what they were talking about. But now looking at I think DJ loves her gram bon so much. DJ must know that no matter what she does gram bon isn't critical of her. Gram bon says she'll come around w/ her grades. Gram bon thinks she is a wonderful girl, always and no matter what.

I think this last weekend, Gram Bon discovered the DJ isn't just a little girl any more. She really seen how much DJ has grown into a young lady. She is so much more than a "kid". Well I know that Gram Bon will always be there for DJ, no matter what she does. I know that cause Gram Bon did it for me when she was "mom". It is just so neat to be able to see the two of them together, and how they grow in family, in friendship, not just in age.

Hello again. I got a few more pages done. This one is Tyler sitting in the hallway reading his Michigan Chillers book. Tyler knows when he finishes one, we will buy him another. He is getting quite a little library.

Hi! What a nice day today was. My mom came up and spent the day with us. We went to watch DJ play volleyball in Dearborne. The girls did so good. They ended up second in the gold division. DJ served so great.. had a few aces as well. My mom was happy to be able to see her play. I got some great video.

Hey there again, I have this cute little avatar I made for the digi scrapping sites that I am on. I only wish I looked more like her. The hair is perfect and she has no hips.... I dont remember not having hips! Oh well, that is just the way things are huh?
